Is it required for the MEP to attend the mandatory meeting on the 24th? Is that also publication available where that will be?

Only the contractors bidding as prime need to attend. Although you can attend to view the site(s) if you are interested. A sign in sheet of attendees will be posted on the District website following the job walk.

Since there are two schools, should we provide two bid bonds for each school or one?

A single bid bond. It is a single price and a single contract.

Although this Addendum 3 states for “STADIUM LIGHTING, …Hueneme High School” only, it applies to the entire bid itself.

Please clarify if the “Approval For” amount listed on the Oxnard Union High School District Approved Contractor List (DL) applies to contractors bidding as a Subcontractor to a Prime Contractor or if it only applies to contractors bidding directly to the District. Additionally, please clarify if the “Approval For” amount listed is for a single project/contract or if it is cumulative. More specifically, if a HVAC subcontractor with a $5,000,000 “Approval For” amount identified on the DL is utilized as a subcontractor, will a Prime Contractors who lists this subcontractors be considered non-responsive if it lists the subcontractor for work valued over the $5,000,000 amount. Further, will a Prime Contractors bid be considered non-responsive if it lists this same subcontractor on multiple projects for which the cumulative values of work for the projects exceed the amount on the DL.

This limit is applied on a per bid basis.  For each bid number, the limit applies and it is not cumulative.

There are two E-200 sheets one dated 2/11/20 and the other 7/22/20. Please clarify.

There are two E-200 sheets because there are two separate projects with two different A#. No clarification needed.

Sheet E-200 date 7/22/20 has the wrong scale. Please correct.

The issue with the scale will be addressed via Addendum.

Reference made to sheet E-200 dated 7/22/20 note P1. It is impossible for us to determine if there are existing conduit routes we can utilize for the new scope without additional extensive and costly site study. Please advise if we are to bid P1 as NEW.

No revision will be made for this note. Bidders need to bid as they see fit.
